If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Customized items, personalized labels, and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
Please ensure all customization details and shipping information are entered correctly before placing your order.
